GPS tracker

  • A GPS tracker (or Air Tag for Apple devices) is a small thingy that lets you locate belongings or people/animals. A malicious person can easily drop such a small thingy in your purse or jacket pocket. Sometimes a GPS tracker can be stuck under your car. The purpose is to find out your home address.
  • Fortunately, many cell phones already let you know if an unknown tracker is traveling with you. If your phone has this option it is on by default. Just check this by searching for "tracker" in the Settings.
